At Flow Therapy, I provide specialist Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), and therapeutic massage to support swelling, recovery, pain, and overall wellbeing.

ABOUT ME

I’m Jo, a Level 3 Dr Vodder certified advanced Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner, based in Seafield, West Lothian.

My work is grounded in clinical lymphatic understanding, safety, and a person-centred approach to care.

With over 25 years’ experience in client care and leadership, I bring a calm, professional approach to every session, ensuring clients feel supported and at ease throughout their treatment.

Treatment may include one or a combination of the following, depending on your needs:

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) – for lymphatic support, swelling, and recovery
Lymphoedema management & Complex Decongestive Therapy
Pre- and post-operative MLD support
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) – a gentle technique supporting systemic lymphatic function
Scar therapy
Therapeutic massage (Swedish or remedial) – for muscular tension, pain relief, and stress reduction.

Treatment is always adapted—there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

INSPIRATION

In 2023, I was diagnosed with Lipoedema and underwent liposuction surgery.

Experiencing lymphatic treatment both before and after surgery gave me a deeper understanding of the recovery process and the importance of skilled lymphatic care.

This experience marked a turning point in my career, inspiring me to retrain and focus my work on supporting others navigating similar lymphatic and post-surgical journeys.
