About me
Hello, I’m Jo - a qualified and insured Complementary Therapist based in Seafield, West Lothian. I am a certified Dr Vodder Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner. I am a massage therapist qualified in both Swedish and Remedial Massage, and I’m also a Reflexologist and a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR)
I specialise in lymphatic-focused therapies, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Wood Therapy, and Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), with a growing emphasis on lymphatic health and post op care within my practice.
With over 25 years’ experience in client services and leadership roles, I bring a thoughtful, compassionate approach to every session, prioritising trust, comfort, and individual care.
Inspiration
Following my Lipoedema diagnosis in 2023, I underwent liposuction and experienced firsthand the importance of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) before and after surgery, alongside scar therapy. This personal journey deepened my understanding of recovery and inspired a change in direction into the bodywork field, allowing me to support others through lymphatic-focused care, as well as those simply seeking support for their wellbeing.
