Welcome to Flow Therapy
By booking an appointment and using the services of Flow Therapy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure that both our clients and practitioners have a clear understanding of expectations, policies, and procedures.
1. Booking and Payment
- Appointment Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, website, or email.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept BACS transfer or Cash,
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full service fee will still apply.
2. Health & Safety
- Health Disclosure: All clients are required to disclose any health conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect their massage therapy treatment before the session begins. This helps us tailor the therapy to your needs and ensure your safety.
- Contraindications: Certain medical conditions may be contraindications for massage therapy (e.g., infections, open wounds, or specific chronic conditions). Please consult with your doctor if you have any concerns before your session.
- Massage Therapist Rights: Our massage therapists have the right to refuse treatment if they believe it is unsafe for the client or themselves, or if inappropriate behaviour is observed.
3. Client Conduct
- Professionalism: Our clinic maintains a professional environment. Any form of inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to verbal or physical misconduct, will result in immediate termination of the session and may lead to future refusal of service.
- Confidentiality: All personal and health information shared with us will remain confidential, except as required by law.
4. Gift Vouchers
- Usage: Gift vouchers can be redeemed for services at Flow Therapy. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and must be used within the specified expiration period.
- Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
5. Liability Waiver
- Assumption of Risk: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved with receiving massage therapy. Flow Therapy is not liable for any injuries or discomfort that may result from treatment.
- Release of Liability: You agree to release [Flow Therapy, its staff, and any affiliated persons from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your massage therapy treatment.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Flow Therapy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website, and the updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy section for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Return and Refund Policy
At Flow Therapy,, we are committed to providing a high-quality, professional massage therapy experience for all our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to ensure transparency regarding our refund policy.
1. Refunds for Service
- No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a massage therapy session has been completed, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, please let us know within 24 hours of your session, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
2. Cancellations and No shows
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the full service fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
- No Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for the session, and no refund will be issued.
3. Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If a service purchased with a gift voucher is cancelled or not attended, the voucher will be considered redeemed.
4. Refund Processing
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Flow Therapy via email or phone. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and you will be notified once the refund has been issued.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- In the event of extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies or other valid reasons), please contact us directly. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund.
By booking or purchasing services from Flow Therapy you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
