Hello, I’m Jo - a qualified and insured Complementary Therapist based in Seafield, West Lothian and I am trained in Massage to Level 4 Remedial & Sport, I’m a Reflexologist and a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and a Certified Vodder MLD Practitioner (Level 1) ⭐️
With a passion for Lymphatic Health I’m dedicated to helping clients feel their best through restorative touch and evidence-based therapies such as Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Reflexology and Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), which will soon become a key focus of my practice.
Before following my heart into holistic therapy, I spent over 25 years in client service - 12 of those leading teams in Healthcare Logistics. That experience taught me the importance of empathy, trust, and exceptional care - values that guide every treatment I give.
Inspiration
In August 2023, I was diagnosed with Lipoedema, a condition that causes painful fat buildup, affecting 10-11% of females. As part of managing my condition, I regularly have Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), which inspired me to pursue a career in massage therapy. My goal is to offer support not only to the Lipoedema community but to anyone seeking the benefits of therapeutic massage. The hummingbird in my logo is a nod to the clinic that supported my Lipoedema journey, as they use the hummingbird in their branding. The bird represents resilience, healing, and transformation—qualities I strive to embody in my practice.
